Please be aware that this house is located in a private residential area. Make sure to read our rules before booking.

1. Quiet Hours:
The Guest agrees to observe quiet hours and shall refrain from creating loud noise outside the house after 10:00 PM. The Guest acknowledges that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, and that maintaining a peaceful environment is
essential for the comfort of all residents.

2. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. The
Guest shall only smoke in the designated smoking area as specified by the Landlord. The Landlord emphasizes the importance of a smoke-free environment to ensure the health and safety of all occupants.

3. Parking Rules:
The Guest may park their vehicle on the curbside but is prohibited from parking on the road. The Guest shall not block any neighbor's house or pathway with their vehicle. Respectful parking practices are essential to maintain a smooth flow of traffic and convenience for everyone.

4. Respect for Others:
The Guest shall respect and consider the privacy and tranquility of the neighbors. The Guest agrees to keep noise levels down and refrain from engaging in any disruptive activities that may disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

5. No Alcohol and Non-Halal Food:
In respect of diverse religious beliefs, the Guest agrees not to consume alcohol and non-halal food within the premises.

6. Security Deposit:
The guest is required to pay a security deposit of RM1,500 before check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after a thorough inspection of the property has been completed following check-out. Please note that any bank fees incurred for telegraphic transfer of the security deposit will be borne by the guest.
