• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM
• Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved by the host
• Lost access card, parking card, or key will incur a replacement penalty

2. Damages & Missing Items
• Any stains, damages, or missing items will be charged accordingly
• Guests are responsible for keeping the unit in good condition throughout their stay

3. Strictly Not Allowed
• No smoking inside the unit or at the balcony
• No durian or mangosteen inside the unit
• No pets allowed
• No parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive activities

4. Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

5. The house slippers are for inside the unit. Not to bring outside of the unit.
